How do I become a rewards member?
It's simple! If you already have a Starface profile, log in and you'll receive 50 points. If you don't already have an account, you can register one!
How does Refer a Friend work?
Give $10 and receive $10! Give your buddy $10 off their first $40 order, and you'll receive $10 back for each successful referral. Click here for more info.
What do I get for being in each VIP Club tier?

Can I earn points for purchases I made before joining the program?
You cannot earn points for purchases made prior to joining the program; your rewards points begin counting once you join. Click here for similar contents.
I have multiple email addresses, can I combine my points?
We can merge your points if you have numerous transactions registered with Starface Rewards under various emails. However, we can only do this one time.
Can I transfer my points between the US, Canada, and UK sites?
Because our shops keep their points separate, you cannot transfer points between them. However, we do have a suggestion, you may know about it by clicking here.
If I cancel my order, do I lose points?

I can't see my latest points on my account
If you don't see your most recent points, try deleting your cache and reloading the page. Click here to discover more information.
Do you offer birthday rewards for members?
Yes, we do provide them! On their birthday, all members will receive an additional 125 points. So never forget to enter your birthdate in your account.
Will I get free shipping?
Standard shipping fees apply unless you are a member of the highest tier of all the rewards, the Galactic VIP Tier. Learn more about this by clicking here.
I forgot to login at checkout! Can my points be added to my account?
You will not get points for a purchase if you were not connected into your Starface account at the time. Learn more by clicking here.
I submitted a review but didn't get any points
After submission, reviews are vetted and displayed on our site within 1-2 weeks. Only registered purchasers will be eligible for review points.
Can I lose my tier status?
After you enter a new tier, you will stay in it for 12 months. If you do not earn enough points, you will be relegated to the tier that relates to your points.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, our rewards do expire. If you used a $5 off your 2nd purchase coupon, it will expire in 30 days. For more info, visit our FAQ page.
